Users have been asking for a platform that is designed for all trades. Tradebox offers more advanced features compared to PaintBox but at the same time it is more flexible to accommodate trades of any kind. Integrated AI make it easy to craft documents, emails, chat with an assistant and support chat bot.
Since the launch of Chat GPT I have used AI in my workflow that has 2x my productivity. I created Hello Ave to boost productivity with Chat GPT. Hello Ava gives you the ability to create reusable prompts, save chats, adjust models and more.
It has been a rough year for a lot of us including me but I have managed to update PaintBox features from user feedback. PaintBox now includes, taxes, discounts, deposits, estimate templates, improved notifications and email communications.
Launching the app in the app stores and field testing has paid off, despite minimal marketing efforts PaintBox has hit 5K+ users.
New features added to PaintBox including improved the overall look and feel, Google Maps integration, email verification and more.
The first year of PaintBox has showed me that there is a great demand for PaintBox. The previous team provided underwhelming results, despite this setback I have to learn Javascript, HTML, & CSS. PaintBox is now in the The App Store and Google Play with more features.
For the last 6 months I have been working with a team of developers to create PaintBox an estimating solution for painters. The wait is over Paintbox is now available at paintbox.app!
I am happy to have hit a new milestone with District Paint and have hit $400K+ in yearly revenue. I have to credit the increased marketing efforts and more importantly the use of the latest version of paint estimate solution.
From day one of my painting business I knew that I need a proficient system to manage projects and more importantly, to accurately create estimates. I have hired a team to take my system from spreadsheets to a digital platform and offer it for public use. I am hoping to have Paintbox app launched soon.
After 2 years I am proud to have hit a milestone with my painting business, I have hit $250K+ in revenue this last year. Restructuring my business from being solo to hiring subcontractors has proven to be a profitable move thanks to my main team at Soft Touch Painting.
I have decided to streamline my handyman business to strictly offer a premium residential painting service. I have restructured my business to phase my role into a management and marketing role and replace my labor with a team or teams of subcontractors. This will allow me to expand while maintaining a hands on approach.
After several years as a Sales Executive I have decided to branch out and start a new business. Why a handyman? First, The demand for a skilled workers is always in high. Secondly, Growing up we never hired someone to fix anything unless absolutely necessary, so I learned from a young age to be self reliant and work with my hands. The customer service skills and the knowledge I have picked up over the years made a the Handyman choice a no brainer. Wish me luck!
