I’m Adam, a software developer based in Denver, Colorado. I’m the founder at Paintbox, where I build project management and productivity tools designed specifically for contractors in the construction trade industry. As a solopreneur, I wear many hats - from coding the software, to crafting marketing campaigns, to providing customer support. Through this variety of responsibilities, I’ve gained a diverse skillset and a deep understanding of the construction tech space.

Recent updates to PaintBox include enhanced security and a smoother onboarding experience to help you get started faster. You can now enable optional online payments, and we’ve added punch lists to keep projects on track. We’ve also fixed issues with login email updates, PDF descriptions, and squashed various bugs while continuing to improve the overall interface.
We’ve rebranded! TradeBox is now EchoBid — a fresh name that better reflects our mission to streamline estimating, invoicing, and project management for tradespeople. Same powerful features, sharper identity.
New in PaintBox: You can now collect in-app signature approvals and export PDFs directly from the app. We’ve refreshed the PDF style to include your logo, signature, and scope of work, and redesigned the settings layout for easier navigation. Plus, we fixed duplicate scopes and documents, and added tools like a coating calculator, dynamic scope builder, and template creation based on production rates.
Just pushed a new update to PaintBox! You can now search contacts when adding an estimate or invoice, and estimates are sorted by year for easier access. We also fixed issues with email links, deposit percentages showing as dollar amounts, and notes not appearing on PDFs.
